This page is what the type field of the error points at. Every answer this API refuses carries one, and it is a stable address rather than a version of the docs.

- When it happens
- The date asked about falls inside the last twelve months, or knownOn asks what was known after the cut — which is a question about today.
- What to do
- Send a key, or ask about a date the open tier covers: the answer names the most recent open period, or says there is none. Everything older is also published as files, with no key.

Problem details: type, title, status and detail, plus whatever the individual failure can usefully add. The detail is written for the person reading the log, and names the parameter or the id that caused it.
